If anyone has ever received a massage from me you know that I am a big believer in getting my clients involved in helping their bodies feel better through showing self-care stretches and exercises to be done at home or at the office. One of the biggest complaints I see at my office to treat with massage is low back pain. A lot of the stretches that I recommend are taken from hatha yoga. Here is a simple yoga pose called “Child’s Pose”. Anyone can do it, and it’s so gently you may not even believe it is giving you any benefits depending on how flexible you are already.
